Sharing some glowing feedback from meeting planners: ATG Rehab and Noel Levitz

We love it when happy clients sing our praises!

On April 18 – 20, Noel Levitz – a nationally recognized leader in higher education consulting that helps institutions meet their goals for enrollment and student success – held their annual Symposium on the Recruitment and Retention of Students of Color at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. Steve Okuley, their Associate Vice President, National Conferences and Events, had this to say: “I could not have been happier with this meeting's execution. Special thanks to: Angelia Meaux (sales manager), who made the site selection and contracting a breeze; Sheretha Yarber, for her efficient work and upbeat attitude; Melissa Mellentine, who remains the BEST reservations coordinator with whom I’ve worked; our EMS Stephanie for her quick response to any request; the many banquet staff servers who were present at every function and break and interactive with our guests; Wendy Rubenkoenig (sales manager at Swank Audio Visuals), who removed the usual pain from the A/V ordering process; and Alini King, who is as friendly and kind as she is smart. EVERYONE did their job well, and I really appreciate their many contributions.”

Also in April (April 20 – 22), ATG Rehab – one of North America’s leading Rehab Equipment providers of wheelchairs and mobility equipment – held their 2012 National Education Conference at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. ATG acquired two large companies earlier in the year, which made it difficult to anticipate attendance at the annual conference. The company’s meeting planners initially reserved 225 rooms at the Sheraton for the conference, but it quickly became apparent that wasn’t enough – they ended up with 465 rooms! Said Fred Arthur with ATG Rehab, “This sudden increase in attendance would have been a disaster in most hotels but thank goodness for the size of the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel! After weeks of working on changing room set ups and many rooms we were able to pull it off and the meeting was a big success. I also heard from many attendees that the food was outstanding, and I could not agree more. I do not know of another Sheraton or Starwood property in the USA that has better chefs.”

Thanks Steve, Fred and everyone else at Noel Levitz and ATG Rehab – we hope to see you again next year!
