If you anticipate that groups affiliated with your organization or involved in providing services to your industry will want to sponsor events during your program, please let us know how to handle their inquiries. You may elect to have all such inquiries be directed back to your organization or allow our Catering and Convention Service team handle directly.
Groups meeting in conjunction with a conference but not part of the official convention program that require meeting space and separate billing are subject to credit approval. All available event function space will be at our hotel prevailing room rental rates and will be subject to the Hotel’s contract and terms and conditions. A listing of all ICWs-Allied's should be sent to the Hotel no later than 90 days prior to the actual event so they can be individually contacted by your Catering and Convention Services manager to arrange event set-up, food, beverage and billing arrangements etc.
